  ANTIQUES

Spend a day browsing through 10,000 square feet of interesting and beautiful antiques, including town country and decorative items.

All carefully vetted for quality and displayed in the historic surroundings of thsi fine 15th century coaching inn, with its creaking floorboards and old oak beams.

As you wander through this fascinating building, you will encounter a Queen Anne ballroom, full of large dining tables and chairs, sofas, fine bookcases and the like.

This will lead you to our Cabinet Room, sparkling with jewellery, silver and porcelain etc., which is specially popular among collectors and buyers of carefully chosen presents.

Up the worn-smooth elm stairs you will discover a landing softly chiming with rows of long-case clocks and their smaller brethren.

Another room - an Aladdin's cave crammed full of ancient books, dusty prints, silver cutlery and all manner of other treasures.

A popular call for dealers and public alike, where bargains are to be found, tucked away within the ancient rooms full of antiques. Perhaps to buy a present for as little as £12, such as a silver spoon, or a Georgian bureau for £6000.

Our friendly staff are always on hand to offer help and advice, and we are open for seven days a week. (See below for opening hours).

An antiques restoration service is available, and valuations can also be undertaken.

The centre is easy to find, and there is a spacious car park, and a restaurant.

See our map for easy directions on how to locate us.
